Welcome to our delightful holiday home Strathlorn, set in a truly stunning location at the North East of the Island of Lismore. Situated beside the sea Strathlorn has amazing views North to Ben Nevis, South across the Lynn of Lorn towards Oban and East across the water to picturesque Port Appin.
If you've not yet visited the island you will be in for a special experience, because Lismore is a lovely location to get away from it all. Easy to reach by car ferry from Oban, and only 5 minutes on the passenger ferry from Port Appin, it is one of the most accessible of the Argyll islands. Yet despite its accessibility you will feel when you step off the ferry that you've arrived in a different world. There is an immediate sense of peace, of having "got away". Once the ferry traffic has departed, there is little sound but the sea and the calling of birds, and the air is pure and intoxicating!
